We understand that getting your product to you is very important. Please be patient we us, your business means a lot. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Please allow 7-10  business days to receive your purchase.

(Business days do not include weekends or holidays which include Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Four of July & Veterans Day) Please keep that in mind before purchasing & contacting us.  

If the items you have purchased is not received by the 10th business day, please contact us via e-mail or telephone.

We provide tracking numbers with all orders and we use USPS services. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. Due to U.S.P.S slow down in their delivery services for the Holiday season, please allow 10-15  business days to receive your purchase.
